I am concerned about the proposed house building plans in Shipston. Access to main roads is already problematic, and the town centre is becoming hazardous for cyclists and pedestrians. The small town character would be compromised. Parking would become even more difficult. The lack of nearby rail links and infrequent bus services would lead to more car usage. Our infrastructure, including drainage and schools, cannot cope, and the medical centre is already overcapacity. Additionally, building on greenbelt land and near the flood-prone river Stour raises further concerns. I would appreciate your response to these issues.
