I am concerned with area REFID562 Wessons farm/ grafton lane. This is an area of agricultural land which if developed would have a massive visual impact. It is a considerable distance from the village centre further than the desired 20 min walk to centre and stretches so far that it would allow coalescence to Ardens Grafton . Part of this area was originally dismissed in SCHLAA 2023 (land Parcel 1) as having “a major incursion into open countryside beyond a well established physical feature and with a poor relationship to the existing settlement ,means that effective mitigation cannot be achieved”.
