Would ask that you look again at decision to sift out the site Reference 86 Land opposite Curtiss Timber Merchants on the Old Warwick Road by reason of location on the grounds that there are already 43 properties plus the timberyard (now the Gym Shed) within the 500 m buffer zone that you have designated as not suitable for development within a conservation area.
