No sustainable travel options between Bidford/Graftons/Wixford Road. No train station at Bidford. Honeybourne station inaccessible when Bidford Bridge is under repair.
SHLAA Land Parcels assessment 2021 rejected fields BD03 & BD04 on grounds of environmental suitability; landscape impact, impact on settlement character and agricultural land quality. Due to the elevated, exposed approach of this land means that effective mitigation cannot be achieved. The topography has not changed for SG20.
