I object to the proposed developments on the field off Cox Crescent (Plan Ref: 633 and 469) and adjacent fields due to serious concerns. The developments risk damaging Great Crested Newt habitats, as confirmed by a recent ecology report, violating wildlife protection laws. Additionally, our current drainage system cannot handle further development, leading to increased flooding risk. Traffic is already problematic and will worsen with further development as there is only one exit from the area. The sloped fields exacerbate runoff and flooding concerns.
