I strongly object to the development of site BW as this site is within the West Midlands Green Belt where there is a general presumption against development. Para 145 to the NPPF provides that boundaries should only be altered where there are exceptional circumstances. The provisions of para 146 do not apply as a total of 8 sites have been identified that are not in the green belt and development would therefore be in breach of the NPPF. Furthermore, the Lepus sustainability report ranks this site as only 8th in terms of attractiveness.
