I believe the new settlement proposal south of Kingswood will harm the character of Lapworth, disrupting its unique identity and community spirit. The rapid influx of new residents will overwhelm the village, altering its character. Additionally, the local wildlife and natural habitats are at risk, which are vital for our heritage. The development will increase traffic congestion and strain existing infrastructure, including schools and healthcare services, particularly at Lapworth surgery. Overall, this proposal threatens the environment, health, and essence of our community, transforming it beyond recognition.
