While its provision is crucial, we believe you must also consider other tenures and property types based on site context. For instance, at Aylesbury Road in Hockley Heath, the adjacent site has open market dwellings, suggesting a similar approach could be appropriate. Ultimately, we will adhere to the guidance established through the emerging Local Plan.
