Site 600 Land off Malthouse Lane is in an area of local natural beauty enjoyed by visitors. Supports local wildlife. Ni infrastructure to cope with additional traffic and people. Not safely suitable for pedestrians and traffic and easy access of the emergency services. it is also a flood plane to the local lakes. This site has to be removed when there are other far more suitable sites to meet SWLP.
