Safety – A3400 very dangerous road to cross by foot – there has also been a number of car accidents at the Bearley station

Impact on biodiversity loss of protected trees/woodlands/meadows, hedges and wildlife in the Bearley area.

Flooding on existing site – flooding danger to existing houses on at Rear of Grange Road
