Rounds Hill and Rouncil Lane is part of the National Cycle Route 52. Cyclists would face increased danger from extra volume of traffic along this route. The 20 minute neighbourhood requirement would not be met with development of SG04. No Dentist, no GP or transport. No exceptional circumstances to justify removal of Green Belt as per NPPF. Developers preferences in selecting sites to develop should not be considered for ease and cheapness. Considerable increase in traffic along single road ( Rouncil Lane) and already used by Articulated HGVs from abattoir would be hazardous. Biodiversity severely compromised. Lost countryside and nature.
