*Roads cannot cope with more traffic; they are heavily congested especially at peak times, causing long tailbacks and extra air pollution.
*Exiting A46 along A4177 to proposed sites will create dangerous queues on the A46.
*This is a green belt area and Hampton Magna has already had 2 large housing developments within its boundaries, doctors/school/drainage & water supply etc are already at full capacity.
*Local roads are used as a 'rat run' by people avoiding traffic queues and those using Warwick Parkway station; it's causing dangerous problems for pedestrians/cyclists & horse riders.
