Current residential developments in Kenilworth(3722); the proposed additional number of houses cannot be supported.
Green Belt land must be protected.
SG4 area has the second lowest housing capacity yield of all spatial growth areas resulting in the loss of good agricultural land(grade 2)
There would be need for additional GP’s, Dentists, transport parking facilities, services and schools.
Current traffic levels in Kenilworth are beginning to reach critical levels at morning/evening rush hours.
Re-engineering of current residential roadways providing widening, local parking provision etc.
Beyond the deristiction signs, new main and local roads will be necessary to the abattoir (1.5 miles).
