Wellesbourne has taken significant development during the last Core Strategy and should be protected. If development is required it should be north of the river Dene and provide active travel facilities to village facilities and the school. Bridge Street is not suitable for pedestrian access to the main village. For the same reason housing development east of the A429 is not suitable. I shall make detailed comments on each site in Wellesbourne East and Rural in an attached document.
