Fell Mill Site Refs 148 & 747 are within an area of restraint, on a flood plain & accessed by single lane bridges in Shipston & Honnington, which will cause traffic chaos. Building there will increase risk of flooding to town & local villages. Town’s sewage system at capacity. Shipston has no train station, few green spaces for leisure, poor bus service, small town centre, no job opportunities, lack of facilities, poor parking, oversubscribed doctors & dentist. Schools at capacity & no 6th form. Loss of recycling centre which is heavily used & key in reducing environmental impact.
