1. Insufficient local transport, Network Rail have announced no more stations will be built
2. Insufficient road infrastructure on M40 junction which is already at capacity and accidents have occurred due to this and on the minor roads surrounding the area will see increased traffic of at least 10,000 cars
3. The ironstone hills, including Country Park, are designated a 'Special Landscape Area'
4. Loss of rural lifestyle, farmland and wildlife
5. Major rural views from the Country Park will be very seriously damaged by overlooking 5,000 houses. Public loss to our public park will be immeasurable
