There is not enough green space per capita for Shipston residents as it stands.
Building on the area behind Hawthorn Way would be inaccessible. Also increased flood run-off into existing properties on Hawthorn Way, Furze Hill Road and Hanson Avenue.
Barcheston and Honnington historic villages would be destroyed by these developments with the amount of traffic and noise.
Access to Fell Mill is by a listed narrow bridge, as is Honnington.
There is little local employment, which means increased traffic, commuter travel and additional carbon footprint per household.
Sewage system is currently overloaded.
