REFID 573 Land East of Hampton Magna
*Hampton Magna is losing its character, it has a village/small community feel which helps to keep 'anti-social behaviour' and crime rates down. This over development of the area would destroy that.
*Exiting HM at peak times means queuing for long periods at A4177 and again at Stanks Island.
*There is insufficient infrastructure to support recent housing growth in HM, more means blocked sewage/poor water pressure, overcrowded school etc.
*Local lanes are already used as a rat-run for the station, making it dangerous for pedestrian/horse riders/cyclists.
*It is inappropriate development of green belt areas.
