This proposal violates the GREEN BELT and its major objective of preventing urban sprawl.

This site is only likely to be attractive to logistic type businesses offering relatively LOW WAGE EMPLOYMENT. As south Warwickshire has no particular skills base or centre of expertise, there is no reason why this site would be attractive to ‘high wage’ employers.

Given the above, use of this site would lead to a substantial INCREASE IN TRAFFIC, especially HGVs. The A4177, A46 and roads into Warwick are already heavily congested.
