The land at Bearley and Wilmcote is truly green belt land and will result in the destruction of wildlife habitats. It means an 800% increase in the number of houses in the area; the local road network is not built for this level of traffic. For example the Bearley road as it comes into Snitterfield and past The Snitterfield Arms is narrow and has parked cars on the road effectively creating a single lane for traffic with reduced visibility around the corner. At current low traffic levels the problem is minimal but at higher traffic volumes it will become dangerous.
