This is greenbelt land and entirely unsuitable for development. The A3400 is busy and the route to Stratford is frequently congested. Development of the proposed site will add thousands of additional cars, delivery vans and other vehicles every day. This will not only destroy the much-admired rural location, but also increase CO2 emissions and both air and noise pollution, damage wildlife and essential wildlife corridors, likely increase flooding, and endanger the lives of pedestrians living in the area. The existing infrastructure is already under enormous pressure and will not cope with population increases. No GPs, no schools, little public transport.
