The recent ribbon and creep development provides no infrastructure improvement. Further building should be banned until a new bridge over the Avon is provided and not the previous ludicrously expensive idea of a crossing twixt Tiddington and Alveston. New settlements would be the answer, thus supplying the infrastructure needed.
