This development covering 190ha will have a significant detrimental impact to biodiversity, heritage sites, rural character, the local community and the eight private properties of Lower Spring Farm and Upper Spring Farm. All sites under SG14 do not score under 57 in the HEELA assessment, demonstrating that this is not a suitable area. There is no integrated transport infrastructure, no railway station and therefore complete reliance upon motor vehicles which doesn't support sustainable travel.
