Opposed on the following points
Increased traffic/danger on an already inadequate road network. Bearley cross is a known accident hot-spot.
Increased risk of flooding - additional paved surfaces will add to load on the local rivers and ditch network.
Loss of natural habitat for our wildlife including hedges, trees and wildlife corridors.
Unnecessary development of green belt land.
Destruction/loss of biodiversity forever.
