This would destroy the rural character of Wilmcote, Bearley and surrounding villages.
It will destroy agricultural green belt land and countryside and wildlife habitat.
It does not have appropriate infrastructure or transport links.
The rail link is single track and stations have no parking.
The A3400 Birmingham road is already busy at peak times without thousands of extra cars from a large new settlement.
Surrounding country roads such as the Ridgeway will become busy with traffic.
It seems likely it would only be a matter of time before the settlement would extend into Stratford itself and becoming a conurbation.
