Development of the Blackdown area and area around north leamington school would require significant changes to the road network losing hedgerows and trees . This site is also not with walking distance of services . Has 15 minute neighbourhoods been coincided and comments from Active travel England ? This is an unsustainable location compared with merits of other sites .
