SG04 South of Kenilworth the area floods and has an enormous amount of surface water most of the Autumn & Winter. Due to the open nature of the fields any building will be visible from Kenilworth Castle a Grade 1 listed building & a scheduled monument and significantly impact its setting. There is a lack of transport in this area as there is no regular bus route only Indie go. Access to Kenilworth would be via Rouncil Lane which would meanmore cars on the roads.
