This site violates the GREEN BELT, particularly its' objective of preventing urban sprawl.

The development would lead to a HUGE INCREASE IN TRAFFIC. Planning on the basis of 'active travel' , with reduced car use, represents wishful thinking - plans should be based on how people do behave not how you would like them to behave. The A4177, A46 and roads into Warwick are already heavily congested.

Basing the development around a RAILWAY STATION, and hoping people will walk or cycle there, is FUNDAMENTALLY FLAWED. People could easily cycle from Hatton Park to Warwick Parkway today but don't.
