Hockley Heath floods. Housing built on this clay soil moves.
Very limited infrastructure and facilities. No feasible health access.
Serious impact to Grade 11 listed buildings: HOH1, HOH3 and HOH4.
No gas. No sewage systems. Overhead electricity leads to power cuts.
Poor phone signal.
Ancient hedgerows, mature trees and heritage hedging. Habitats. Pollution.
