The S19 large scale development is out of proportion for this part of Stratford - there is no infrastructure/services available to support new residents, would lead to chaotic congestion south of the river. Residents would need to travel through town as there is no employment there. A new relief road would impact both villages and require development across the flood plain.

It does not fit into the objective of forming a new settlement - would be a collar around existing populations - it would impact both Alveston/Tiddington combining both villages leading to a loss of separate identities.
