The proposals cannot be realised for BW without considerable challenge and cost if at all, especially as employment, retail and leisure destinations would be distant from the settlement. Cycle tracks and accessible public transport are particular issues here. Car dependency would therefore not be minimised as it could be on other settlement sites such as E1 where a new rail station and link to Honeybourne and the N Cotswold line are feasible. In BW rail stations would not be integrated, would require other means of travel to access them and have other attendant problems.
