I don't think any specific demand has been shown for the Bearley Wilmcote area.
There doesn't seem to be a plan to ensure water provision, sewerage and drainage is able to cope with 6000 new houses
I'm not sure that education, Health or dentistry provision in the area is adequate for 6000 new properties and the (at least), double the number of people who would occupy those houses.
Are the new residents going to be employed in the local area? or will the area become a commuter town for businesses in Birmingham and Coventry?
