Development at BW would result in considerable vehicle movement causing pollution, congestion on surrounding roads and disruption to local communities. Electric vehicles will not solve this for the foreseeable future. Settlement sites such as E1, B1 and X2 would be more suitable in presenting less challenge and cost.
