This is a beautiful historic town already over capacity, with the new developments already implemented, for the amenities we currently have. We do not need any more strain on the already weak pipe works, causing sewage to leak into homes and gardens of the established town properties, due to an incapacity underground for the original, as well as the new housing already put upon us. The schools are turning away local children, as the class space is limited to the "old town numbers" due to a lack of development. The local healthcare system, also can't cope with the current situation/numbers.
