Would make a great strategic area to develop that can be thoughtfully planned. It would meet all the housing needs and at the same time: have the space for new infrastructure (schools, doctors, leisure centres etc); reduce urban sprawl and allow planned development in the most sustainable way (including the preservation of greenbelt land in other areas); and provides opportunity to reduce car traffic and emissions in surrounding towns though new public transport links (new train/tram line linking to Honeybourne and Stratford).
