Insufficient infrastructure such as electricity, gas, water and no main sewerage. All surrounding properties are on septic tank.
No regular bus service. Increased traffic and tanks delivering oil, gas.
Not enough shops to support the community. Land is currently farmed so changing its use will affect future food security.
Not enough capacity in local schools.
There will be a significant increase in the requirement for healthcare; primary, social, adult healthcare, screening services, A&E and dental. Warwick hospital is already in special measures.
An area of outstanding beauty and would impact on local wildlife.
