The road infrastructure to this location is simply not adequate as you have to cross one of two listed single track bridges. As a listed property owner in the local area I’m concerned for the heritage impact overall to the historic market town and its surroundings. The roads to the proposed site are currently popular cycling and walking routes. This would no longer be safe with a high volume of traffic having a negative community impact.
