The area is Green Belt and its development would deprive Warwickshire/the UK of agricultural land that should be used for food production and not development. Hatton Station cannot be significantly enlarged and with its close proximity to Warwick Parkway, train operators will not wish to introduce an additional stop just four minutes travel time from the larger station.
The infrastructure required to support the development of so many houses in this area is incompatible with the area; the recent small development at Hatton resulted in significant disruption with significant economic cost to locals and transport operators.
