The Bearley and Wilmcote site would result in complete amalgamation of the towns of Stratford, Wilmcote and Bearley. Not only is this against the aim of these new sties, the additional traffic will result in absolute traffic carnage locally and essentially bring Stratford and the surrounding areas to complete standstill.




The urban sprawl forming Stratford and this development would form a ribbon of development which would run towards Wooten Wawen and Henley, bridging the gaps between the settlements towards Birmingham and Solihull.
Other developments are more suitable for this development and should firmly be considered for this reason.
