Kenilworth amenities and infrastructure are already not able to meet demands of the current population.
Development of this site will generate significant traffic flows with very few options for traffic especially in peak travel times - many roads in the area already have cars parked on them, new developments with restricted parking space may well result in overflow on existing roads.
Development would result in significant additional on Rouncil Lane, a road which I frequently cycle on - cyclists are frequently not respected.
Development of non green belt sites should be a higher priority.
Countryside should be a treasured resource.
