Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

A development of 6800 homes in Bearley so near to Stratford is unjustifiable and will be the catalyst of the creation of a large conurbation, irreversibly placing immense strain on Stratford and nearby villages, worsening already gridlocked traffic routes on the A34, causing pollution and overloading infrastructure. There will be significant loss of beautiful green belt land, destruction of biodiversity and wildlife corridors. Flooding is a concern due to loss of green space. The area of Stratford and Wilmcote is important for tourism, which will be negatively affected by loss of countryside and gridlocked traffic routes. Focus on sensitive planning.
