Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Developing this 169Ha site in the green belt would disrupt connectivity between Warwick/Leamington and Hatton Park, merging neighbouring towns and contravening the stated purposes of the green belt. The area would lose its countryside character, impacting residents' access to nature and leisure. Transport infrastructure is already strained, with the Stanks Hill junction at capacity and additional congestion expected from new access points to the A46. Extensive commercial development has already occurred nearby, raising concerns about sustainability, biodiversity, and environmental impact. Preserving the green belt is crucial for maintaining South Warwickshire’s character and ensuring effective transport infrastructure.
