The official strategic gap between the settlements of Tiddington and Stratford upon Avon will be lost.
Edge of town housing would be created with no supportive infrastructure, and create social isolation.
The development will cause huge traffic jams and block travel south of the river.
Already large developments built over the past few years in the east of stratford, in Tiddington , and off the Loxley road, and Knights Lane.
Any further developments will change the character of the town south of the river.
Little infrastructure south of the river - is all to the north.
No further housing there.
