A number of proposals are adjacent to the train line as if this makes them more suitable but will give the impression of overdevelopment and Warwickshire consisting almost entirely of suburbs, not the rural beauty it is currently. Its unclear why new proposals don't acknowledge or take advantage of other infrastructure already in development such as HS2. Some of the proposed settlements are also significant in scale, representing new small towns in close proximity to existing towns where existing infrastructure is already insufficient. Developers will build housing first even if amenities are planned causing shortages of key services for all.
