I strongly oppose the loss of greenbelt land at site SG06 for several reasons. I feel the loss of the greenbelt, which is hugely important to the local area and its residents given there is little other green space in North Leamington, is not necessary to provide the level of housing required for the area and is highly unsuitable given the size of the area proposed. The site’s lack of accessibility via public transport, lack of amenities and provision make it highly unsustainable and there are available sites in the area able to provide the government’s targets for housing.
