I strongly object to the proposed development in the green belt land of Hatton. Green belts are meant to prevent urban sprawl and protect the countryside. This proposal undermines those goals. The development would place immense pressure on local infrastructure, including roads, transport, schools, hospitals and utilities, which are already overstretched. Increased traffic would cause congestion, safety issues, and more pollution. Additionally, valuable green spaces providing ecological benefits and recreation would be lost, harming long-term sustainability. The proposal fails to meet sustainable development objectives and should be rejected.
