Significant harm to the character of the landscape.

The road network around the area is mostly small country lanes and cannot cope with the increase in traffic. Clopton Bridge can not cope with increased traffic attempting to cross the river avon to reach the other side of Stratford-upon-Avon.

Local schools, doctors, dentists are already at capacity. The idea that development must come first to create demand doesn't hold water, there is too much demand already and it hasn't resulted in further provision.

The village of Tiddington is a distinct location with its own feel to Stratford-upon-Avon and should remain so.
