The local infrastructure is already inadequate for the amount of local residents, particularly congestion along Campden road. There are already significant developments in place on this proposed site which were conditional upon infrastructure upgrade which has not happened. Multiple other planning applications have been rejected on/around this proposed site for that reason. There are no genuine alternatives to using a car for transport, nor any genuine ability to put any in place due to the positioning of developments already in place. This site cannot take any more houses.
