The plan is encroaching on green belt land and using good agriculture land.
The railway station at Hatton is unsuitable as it is too small and the lanes surrounding are too narrow for commuter traffic. There is NOT the infrastructure surrounding site B to cope with the extra traffic.
I understand the railway line is already at full capacity so there will be yet more cars on the roads.
