The traffic around Hatton was brought to a standstill with the recent building of the Taylor Wimpey homes. The Birmingham Road is extremely busy and could not cope with the additional traffic. The area is known for its beautiful countryside - visitors come to Hatton Country World for this from all over the country. It would be a terrible shame for this to be surrounded by a new housing estate. The thousands of homes recently built around Warwick and Leamington have had a terrible impact on traffic in the towns so this would increase the problem greatly.
